If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Send us an email quoting the original order number and product you wish to return or exchange

Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email

Send all items back to us using the label provided
FAULTY GOODS
An item(s) is deemed faulty if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that is immediately evident. Where possible the item(s) will be repaired or replaced for the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the item(s) cannot be repaired or replaced for the same item, an exchange will be offered, or a store credit will be issued.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You are free to cancel your order at any time before delivery of the items(s). You will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery charges if cancelled prior to dispatch. Refunds will take place as store credit.
Please notify us of your cancellation in writing by emailing us your confirmation email to hello@mikrithea.com In the instance where your order has already been delivered to you, please follow the above steps as for a return.
