Exchange & Return
If you’re looking to exchange or return any of your beautiful organic cotton clothes for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. You can exchange your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange and return policy:
Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate an exchange or return, please complete the following steps:
Send us an email quoting the original order number and product you wish to exchange or return
Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
Send all items back to us using the label provided
An item(s) is deemed faulty if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that is immediately evident. Where possible the item(s) will be repaired or replaced for the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the item(s) cannot be repaired or replaced for the same item, an exchange will be offered, or a shop credit will be issued.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You are free to cancel your order at any time before delivery of the items(s). You will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery charges if cancelled prior to dispatch.
Please notify us of your cancellation in writing by emailing us your confirmation email to email@example.com In the instance where your order has already been delivered to you, please follow the above steps as for a return.
PLEASE NOTE: sale items are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned unless obviously faulty or damaged.
