Shipping Charges

Once your order has been placed you will receive notification by email. Please ensure all information is entered correctly to avoid any delays in receiving your items:
*Delivery address (physical address only, no PO Box addresses accepted)
*Mobile number (required for courier)

If there are any changes please email us immediately to update your order and ensure there is no delay.

FREE DELIVERY (UAE):
All orders over 300aed will be sent free of charge.
​
DELIVERY TIME:
All orders up to 5kg in the UAE (excluding remote areas, see below) will be delivered within 2-4 business days at a cost of 15aed.
Remote areas will be delivered at a cost of 40aed. Click here for a list of remote areas.

COLLECTION:
Collection is free of charge and can be made from Arabian Ranches, Dubai. Details of collection date, time and address will be shared upon order confirmation.

FAST 24H DELIVERY (UAE) - If you need your items sooner, we are happy to assist. Be sure to place your order before 12pm and we will deliver your items to you within 24 hours (from when the order was placed, if placed before 12pm) at a cost of 35aed.

FAILED DELIVERY:
The courier will contact you prior to delivery, if you are unable to take collection of the delivery, an alternative date and time can be arranged direct with the courier. Should there be two failed delivery attempts, the cost of the return and any additional charges will be applied to rearrange delivery.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING:
We ship internationally and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We use an express service, which may take between 7-15 business days, but subject to change depending on the destination country. Please be aware that all International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These charges are not included in your purchase or shipping costs. Mikrí Theá is not liable for any duties, taxes or handling fees which may be applied by customs at your delivery destination. For more information, we recommend you contact your local customs office.
